The SMART-VET End of Project meeting was successfully organized on May 5th in Toronto, Italy. The event celebrated the success and achievements of the SMART-VET project, as well as discussed future perspectives. This gathering brought together project partners, stakeholders, educators, trainers, mentors, and other key individuals involved in the project.
During the meeting, participants had the opportunity to reflect on the outcomes and impact of the project, highlighting the innovative mentoring and fostering techniques that the project provided to improve VET including the E-Course on Self-Management, entrepreneurship & individual responsibility and the Handbook Developing Employability skills: A training manual for educators.
Additionally, the meeting served as a platform to discuss the challenges faced and lessons learned throughout the project. It encouraged open dialogue and knowledge sharing among attendees, fostering collaboration and the exchange of best practices in VET. Overall, the SMART-VET End of Project Meeting serves as a milestone to celebrate achievements, share knowledge, and pave the way for future developments in VET.
