The project aims to offer vocational education and training (VET) students with digital, interactive materials and tools that will enhance their essential skills and cross-cutting competences.
One of the key tools we offer is the CPD certified E-Course, called Self-Management, entrepreneurship & individual responsibility. The course was specifically crafted to empower teachers, trainers, and mentors with the essential skills, knowledge, and capabilities to provide effective support to vocational education and training (VET) students as they transition into the job market. This comprehensive E-Course is particularly beneficial for adult learners from marginalized backgrounds who aspire to establish their own businesses.

The project implements innovative mentoring and fostering techniques rooted in non-formal education to address the challenges posed by remote learning.
A handbook has been created to establish a high-quality improvement program tailored to enhance the skills and knowledge of VET teachers, trainers, and mentors. The aim is to support VET students in their transition to the labor market, particularly apprentices who face interruptions in workplace training or are unable to work due to COVID-19 preventive measures or other illnesses.
